Create a countdown from the Android or iOS Final Countdown app. Share the countdown. Click the shared URL link to see the single line of code to embed the countdown into your own website. The code will look like this:

You can adjust the width and height attributes to fit your needs.
Make sure Final Countdown is installed on the device internal storage and not on the SD card. Touch the All Apps icon on your Home screen. Touch Widgets tab at the top of the screen. From the main Widgets screen, you can Move between screens to find Final Countdown: Swipe left or right. Drag a countdown widget (1x1, 2x1, 4x1) to a Home screen: Touch and hold the widget's icon, slide your finger where you want to place it, and lift your finger. Choose an event to activate widget.
Simply share the countdown via txt, email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp or any other application. The person clicks the link you shared and they will have the same countdown. //
Task Killer/Task Manager apps can cause countdown widgets to freeze. If you have any of them installed, configure them to ignore Final Countdown.
The only thing that can cause dates to jump or seems is if the timezone is changed. Make sure that the two "same" events have the same timezone settings. By default, your phone will set the default time zone for an event.
There are two simple ways to delete an event. From the event list screen, press the pencil in the top right corner of the screen orlong press the event you want to delete.
DST offset is already accounted for in the remaining event time.
Edit the event, Press "External Background" and select the background from your phone, Crop the image and save.
Long press on the Countdown to select. Drag the Countdown to your desired location on the background image then release. Tap on the Countdown to hide/show details
